T2N Complete Athlete Summer Training

The T2N Complete Athlete Summer Training Program is designed to help athletes improve their skills, athletic performance, and overall movement quality through a combination of skill development, strength and agility training and Pilates. This program focuses on building complete athletes by developing confidence, improving physical performance, and creating a strong foundation for long-term success.

Ages: 10-14 year old girls

Duration: July & August

Pricing

T2N AAU Athletes: $250/month

Non-T2N AAU Athletes: 275/month

Monthly and full-summer registration options available

3 sessions per week (12 sessions/month)

Specific days and times will be communicated upon registration

Strength & Agility Training (1x/week)

Athletic development sessions designed to improve speed, power, balance, and overall physical performance.
